We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For large dimensions items: please measure the door frames for the entrance of your new furniture. Please note that restocking fees may apply if unpackaged merchandise does not fit through doorways or basements.

Damages and problems
You have 48 hours following delivery to declare material damage to the goods.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
