100-Night Comfort Guarantee

At Chévous, your comfort is a priority. The 100-Night Comfort Guarantee allows you to try your mattress at home and, if it does not provide the comfort you expected, benefit from a mattress exchange subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Guarantee Period

The trial period begins on the date the mattress is delivered or picked up and ends after one hundred (100) nights.

Authorized Exchange

• Only one exchange is permitted per eligible purchase.
• The exchange may be requested only after a minimum of thirty (30) nights of use and must be completed within the one hundred (100) night period following delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for the 100-Night Comfort Guarantee, the mattress must:

• have been used with an eligible mattress protector from the very first night;
• be in good condition at the time of inspection;
• be free of stains, dirt, odors, tears, burns, damage, or any other condition making it unsuitable;
• have been used normally and for its intended purpose.

Eligible Mattress Protectors

The use of an eligible mattress protector is mandatory in order to qualify for the 100-Night Comfort Guarantee.

Only mattress protectors selected, approved, and sold by Chévous are recognized under this guarantee. The purchase of a non-eligible mattress protector, the use of any other protective product, or the absence of proper protection automatically makes the guarantee inapplicable.

Preliminary Inspection

Every exchange request is subject to a prior inspection. The customer must provide clear photos of the mattress, without sheets or bedding, to allow an initial evaluation. Chévous reserves the right to request any additional information or documentation necessary to review the request.

Exchange Conditions

• The exchange must be made for another mattress model offered by Chévous.
• No size change is permitted under the 100-Night Comfort Guarantee.
• If the newly selected mattress is sold at a higher price, the customer must pay the applicable price difference.
• If additional delivery, pickup, travel, or service fees are required, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Applicable Fees

A fixed fee of ninety-nine dollars ($99) applies to any exchange made under the 100-Night Comfort Guarantee. Additional fees may also apply depending on the service area, delivery method, or any specific situation requiring extra service.

Exclusions

The 100-Night Comfort Guarantee does not apply, including but not limited to, in the following cases:

• stained, dirty, damaged, or unsanitary mattress;
• failure to use an eligible mattress protector from the first night;
• request made before thirty (30) nights of use;
• request made after the expiry of the one hundred (100) night period;
• request for a size change;
• abusive, commercial, or improper use of the product;
• any situation where the conditions of this policy have not been respected.

Disposition of Exchanged Mattresses

Any mattress taken back under the 100-Night Comfort Guarantee may, after inspection, be cleaned, reclassified, and resold as a liquidation, floor model, or used product, depending on its condition and at the sole discretion of Chévous.

Reservation of Rights

Chévous reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the conditions of this policy. Chévous also reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, provided that the terms in effect on the date of purchase of the eligible mattress will remain those applicable to the transaction in question.
