All online orders are subject to acceptance and validation by Chévous.
We reserve the right to cancel any order (out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, etc.) and will inform you as soon as possible.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify and our payment partners. Chévous never stores your credit card information.

5. Delivery, Returns, and Warranties

Ownership is transferred to you as soon as the merchandise leaves our warehouse or store.
For any warranty request, contact us directly—we’ll do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
