• Free delivery is available within the Greater Montreal area. Additional fees may apply for postal codes located beyond this area.
• Chévous reserves the right to make any necessary changes to this promotion without prior notice.

You must be present during delivery and provide:

• A valid photo ID.
• The credit card used for the transaction.
• A signature will be required upon delivery.

For our customers throughout Canada, we offer a postal shipping option. This is perfect for standard-sized items. Whether you're across the country or around the corner, we'll ensure your order arrives safely and promptly at your door. Please note that shipping charges may apply depending on your location.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery of oversized items outside of the Greater Montreal area. However, if you're located within this area, take advantage of our free local delivery service for these special items.

IN-STORE PICKUP

For orders picked up in-store, you'll receive a call and SMS notification as soon as your order is ready. We want your shopping experience at Chévous to be easy and convenient.

Please note that transfer times from our distribution center to stores may vary. Orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive at our stores.

When picking up your order, ensure your vehicle is suitable for safely transporting merchandise in its original packaging. The product warranty applies only to merchandise leaving the Chévous store in its original packaging. Our staff members are not able to transport merchandise outside the store or load items into your vehicle.

Chévous assumes no responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle while loading merchandise. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if merchandise cannot be loaded into your vehicle due to its dimensions and/or weight.
